Arbitrage on Crypto Exchanges

Hello everyone,

today we're taking a break from IBKR Futures arbitrage and diving into Arbitrage Trading on Centralized Crypto Exchanges (CEXs).

There are some reasons, why I'm taking a break from IBKR Arbitrage which are the following:

  • The project is taking longer than expected and there are still many tasks unfinished

  • Recently, I have signed up with Coinbase and I have deposited 5000 EUR for on-boarding. This fee is refundable if I start trading there. Basically, I get commission-free trading up-to 5000 EUR

What's the new project?

I'm looking to diversify into more strategies because most of my money is allocated on HyperLiquid. Therefore I decided to start working on strategies on Centralized Crypto Exchanges like:

  • Coinbase

  • Binance

  • Kraken

The strategies are the same as usual. I'm going to focus on Real-World-Asset (RWA) Arbitrage where I analyze the pricing of the RWA with MT5 CFD pricing. In other words, we're going to run the same strategy as on HyperLiquid but on CEXs.

How's the project going to be built?

I'm going to start the project by building a CCXT connector that can universally connect to to any Crypto Exchange supporting CCXT.

With this new technology, I will replicate already existing apps that I use on HyperLiquid:

  • Automated Trading Strategies with a Control Panel

  • Real-time PnL Dashboard

  • Arbitrage Analysis App and Backtester
